We launched a Christmas competition a few weeks back providing an opportunity for one UK charity to win a digital foundations support package worth £6,000 delivered by an empathy-led digital consultancy DOT PROJECT.

The competition has now come to an end and the shortlisted 14 charities received an amazing 1,300 votes from the public! Thousands of individuals reviewed the shortlisted charity profiles, social media has been buzzing and many charities gained new supporters.

Once again a big thank you to all charities taking part!

We are happy to announce that the winner of the competition is Family Action with 20% of the total votes. Family Action transforms lives by providing practical, emotional and financial support to those who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage and social isolation across the country. The charity has building stronger families since 1869.

Catherine Ainsworth, co-Founder of DOT PROJECT commented: “We know technology is a complex challenge whatever the size of your charity, and DOT PROJECT are delighted with the response to our digital consultancy competition and the opportunity to support Family Action as the winners. We particularly seek to support organisations working with the most hard to reach and marginalised groups, Family Action clearly have a strong history in supporting the most vulnerable families across the country, and we look forward to supporting their journey in 2019.”
